Where possible we are able to offer a “no win, no fee” agreement. This means even if your case is not successful you are not responsible for our fees. However, this doesn’t mean you won’t be responsible for the other side’s costs. We therefore recommend that you take out a policy of insurance to cover you for such eventualities. This is called After the Event Insurance. We are able to put this in place for you in the event you don’t have any other insurance that may protect you from legal costs.
